Shipping policy

Signup deadline
Subscribe on or before the 25th for the following month’s edition. For example, subscribe by January 25 for February’s mailing.

Signups after the 25th depend on available supplies and production capacity. If we cannot accommodate your order, we will email you with available alternatives or a refund option. Special launch and annual-plan schedules follow their product listings.

Dispatch schedule
Monthly editions are sent by the end of the first full Monday-through-Sunday week of the month. If the month begins on a Thursday, the first full week starts the following Monday.

This is a dispatch schedule, not a guaranteed arrival date. Delivery times vary by postal service and destination.

Postage and tracking
Wildly Hers Club mail is sent by ordinary stamped letter mail and does not include tracking.

Pen-pal mail
Pen-pal correspondence may arrive separately from your monthly edition. Its timing depends on members’ writing pace, review and forwarding, and postal transit. Replies and specific arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Address changes
Keep your address updated before preparation begins. Contact us promptly about changes after payment. Returned mail caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional postage to resend.

Delayed, damaged, or missing mail
Email wildlyhersclub@gmail.com with your order details. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we will notify you, and provide an updated shipping date.
