Monthly Snail Mail + Pen-Pal Experience (Membership)

This subscription includes everything in our monthly snail mail, plus an invitation to get to know another Wildly Hers Club member one handwritten letter at a time.

Inside each themed mailing:

• A personal letter from Wildly Hers Club to guide your mail and intuition

• Five curated surprises, from rituals and reflections to little challenges and keepsakes

Some months, a little extra surprise may find its way inside when the magic calls for it. ✨

Included with your pen-pal mailing, which may arrive with your monthly snail mail:

• Pen-pal writing paper, a plain envelope, and a postage stamp to send your letter back to Wildly Hers Club P.O Box

• Pen pals are assigned aliases and member numbers, which are written on the return envelope.

Important Considerations

• Spaces are limited. This listing will show as sold out once all spots are filled.

  If you’re interested in joining but it's sold out, email wildlyhersclub@gmail.com to be added to the waiting list. Once a spot becomes available, you’ll receive an email with the date and time the listing will reopen so you can sign up. Joining the waiting list does guarantee participation.

• A brief survey will be sent to learn about your interests and correspondence preferences to help find a compatible match. Matches depend on availability and perfect matches are not guaranteed.

• A brief, unrecorded video chat is required. We’ll review a government-issued photo ID to help confirm your identity and that you’re 18 or older. No ID copy will be kept.

Pen-pal Experience

There’s something special about a letter written just for you, the stories tucked inside, the familiar handwriting, and the anticipation of hearing back.

• Members correspond using aliases and identification numbers.

• Return your letter to the Wildly Hers Club P.O. Box using the provided envelope and stamp.

• All pen-pal letters will be opened and reviewed by Wildly Hers Club before forwarding. Agreement to this process is required to participate. We review for identifying information, inappropriate content, and compliance with the pen-pal guidelines.

• Pen-pal letters travel at their own pace and may arrive separately from your monthly snail mail. Replies and response times are not guaranteed.

• Only the correspondence materials provided by Wildly Hers Club is allowed. No gifts or additional items may be enclosed.

How to make your letter your own...

• Decorating your letter is encouraged! Keep decorations flat, securely attached, and mess-free. No glitter, confetti, or loose embellishments.

• An optional envelope a member would like us to use when forwarding their pen-pal letter is acceptable. Decorate it or choose one you love, then tuck it inside the envelope addressed to Wildly Hers Club.

• Any identifying details will be blacked out, or withheld from forwarding.

Ordering & mailing

• Subscribe by the 25th for the following month’s edition. Signups after the 25th depend on available supplies.

• Monthly renewals are billed on the 25th. Cancel or skip before that date to avoid the next charge.

• Monthly editions are sent by the end of the first full Monday-through-Sunday week of each month. Delivery times vary.
