Monthly mail
Each edition includes a personal letter and five curated surprises. Themes and contents vary. Regular snail mail does not include pen-pal participation unless expressly included in the purchased listing.

Pen-pal enrollment
Spaces are limited; participants must be 18 or older. Interests survey, brief unrecorded video chat, photo-ID review, and agreement to program rules are required before matching. No ID copy is kept.

These steps help assess eligibility and matching preferences. They are not background checks, independent government-record authentication, or guarantees of identity, compatibility, intentions, or conduct.

Aliases and correspondence
Members use assigned aliases and identification numbers. Send all letters to the Wildly Hers Club P.O. Box using the supplied instructions.

All pen-pal letters will be opened and reviewed before forwarding. By enrolling, you expressly authorize Wildly Hers Club to receive, open, read, inspect, redact identifying details from, and forward your correspondence. 

Do not include legal names, home or work addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, social-media handles, or other identifying details. Identifying information may be blacked out, or the letter withheld.

Threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, explicit content, unwanted sexual advances, scams, requests for money, commercial solicitation, and illegal materials are prohibited.

Materials and decorations
Pen-pal materials include writing paper, alias/member information, a plain envelope, and postage to send the provided materials back to Wildly Hers Club.

Only supplied correspondence materials may be sent, except an optional preferred forwarding envelope. No gifts or other extras.

Decorations must be flat, secure, and mess-free. No glitter, confetti, or loose embellishments.

Place any preferred forwarding envelope inside return mailing. Leave its center blank and upper-left corner blank for our P.O. Box return address, and upper-right corner clear for postage. Wildly Hers Club adds the addresses and may substitute a standard envelope if necessary.

Included forwarding allowance: 1 letter per member per month

Withheld letters
We email the sender explaining why a letter was withheld, subject to legal or immediate safety restrictions. The sender may request return or shredding. Without a response within 10 calendar days, it is securely shredded unless retention is legally required or reasonably necessary for an ongoing safety concern or dispute.

Timing and rematching
Pen-pal correspondence may arrive separately from monthly snail mail. Replies and response times are not guaranteed.

You may request another match. If unavailable, we will offer pausing, cancellation, or switching to regular snail mail while waitlisted. We will confirm billing adjustments and will not change your plan without agreement. Future charges for an unavailable pen-pal service will be paused.

Outside connections
After a consistent match of at least 12 months, both members may apply and separately consent to exchange specified contact information. Approval is not automatic, and the review is not a background check. Identifying information must not be exchanged through the program before approval.

Outside communication and meetings beyond Wildly Hers Club pen-pal experience are voluntary and unmonitored. To the extent permitted by law, Wildly Hers Club is not responsible for independent outside interactions. This does not exclude liability for our own conduct where it cannot legally be excluded.

Participation and content
We may withhold letters, suspend participation, or end membership for violations or credible safety concerns. Refunds will be assessed fairly based on services provided and applicable law.

Members retain ownership of their letters. Do not publish another member’s correspondence or information without permission. Club materials are for personal use and may not be reproduced or sold without authorization, except as permitted by law.

Purpose and consumer rights
The club does not provide healthcare or establish a clinician–client relationship. Prompts and challenges are optional.

Material changes will be communicated with legally required notice and consent. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. California law applies to the extent permitted without overriding applicable mandatory protections.
